Our enquiry-based ordering system ensures customers confirm before payment, minimizing cancellations.

1. Cancellation

  • Enquiries are not binding until payment is made.
  • After confirmation but before payment: Cancellation is free.
  • After payment but before shipping: Refund minus any bank charges.
  • After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds

Refunds applicable if:

  • Product is unavailable after payment.
  • Delivery cannot be made to customer location.

Refund initiation: Within 5 business days.

Credit reflection: Within 7–10 business days.

3. Damages / Wrong Products

  • Report within 48 hours of parcel collection.
  • Replacement/refund provided after verification.

4. Non-Refundable

Important: Once crackers are delivered in good condition, no return is possible due to safety regulations.
